  • Overview

    The Seminar Network is seeking a qualified candidate for an Office 365 Engineer who will help to drive best practices for over 1000 users. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, administering and governing the Office 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Skype Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer, OneDrive, Security and Compliance center, etc. As an O365 Engineer, you’ll serve as equal parts administrator and PowerShell script developer.     Responsibilities

    • Maintain and manage the health of the O365 tenant
    • Manage the licensing and subscriptions in the tenant
    • Knowledge share any upcoming environment changes from Microsoft
    • Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts for automation, redundant task, reporting, monitoring etc.
    • Maintain and support the O365 services
    • Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational checklists and operational reports

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years Office 365 experience
    • 5+ years Microsoft Exchange preferred
    • Familiarity with or experiencing managing email migrations between domains strongly preferred
    • Familiarity with Azure, AD, and O365 authentications preferred
    • Familiarity with DNS/DHCP and Domain Management preferred
    • Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and support of Microsoft O365 cloud, Exchange 2016, Azure, Office suite, and Outlook applications
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
    • Ability to developed strong working relationships with Microsoft services engineering, support, field consultants, and business groups
    • Proven experience driving business impact based on understanding of customer needs
    • Demonstrated strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations, priorities, and projects across customers, partners, senior executives, and organizations
