    You will work directly with our talent acquisition business partners, hiring managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to support the candidate experience from interviewing through the onboarding stage. Not only will you represent our network of organizations to candidates, but you will also represent our talent acquisition group to internal stakeholders and play a key role in one of our most critical business functionshiring the people who will ultimately execute against our vision.

    • Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and coordinate on-site interviews, which includes booking travel, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the process—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience as they get to know our organization
    • Update candidate records and job details in our applicant tracking system, iCIMS. This includes posting positions to external job boards
    • Handle general talent inquiries to ensure prompt, courteous resolution that helps inquirers get what they need to be successful
    • Keep key stakeholders informed on candidate status throughout the recruiting process
    • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings with internal staff
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting or HR activities as needed
    • Anticipate needs to ensure an outstanding experience for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Provide general administrative support to our talent acquisition team with a sense of urgency and keen attention to detail


    • 0-3 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support
    • You see a future for yourself in HR or talent acquisition
    • You consider yourself a relationship builder and thrive on collaborative teams
    • You have a track record of managing multiple priorities and exceeding deadlines
    • You take a deliberate approach to providing strong customer focus and adapting to customer needs
    • You possess a high level of initiative with strong attention to detail
    • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization, including executives
    • You have the integrity and confidence to handle sensitive and confidential information
