    The Seminar Network is seeking a Manager, Special Projects to join their growing development team. This role will work within a fast-moving team to help manage existing network membership and be a key driver of partnership strategies with the organization's very top donors and prospects.

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Support the growth of The Seminar Network’s “Mega Gifts” program by assisting in the conceptualization and planning of major gift cultivation and solicitation strategies, and then supporting its execution
    • Coordinate with research functions, travel functions, donor communications and the preparation of materials and presentations for meetings; collaborate closely with development and other internal teams to reduce turnaround of product deliverables
    • Manage a tracking calendar for the suggested engagement with each donor in the portfolio
    • Help manage all engagement with each donor, including recommended responses to requests that are made or questions that are posed

    • Experience in effective project management
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, as part of a team
    • Exceptional customer focus skills and ability to anticipate needs
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • High degree of initiative and ability to take an entrepreneurial approach
    • Strong attention to detail


    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • 2+ years of related experience in fundraising preferred
