    The Seminar Network seeks a Direct Marketing Engagement Manager to partner with individuals in advancement of The Seminar Network’s vision and priority initiatives, and to build a sense of community between like-minded peers and with the Network’s leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive and execute marketing engagement program that supports the Seminar Network’s vision and strategies through calls, mail, e-mails, campaigns, etc.
    • Develop mechanism for managing incoming new donors while building upon relationships with current donors, including management and establishment of donor clubs, to facilitate donor retention and upgrades.
    • Manage relationship with vendor assisting in donor retention and upgrades.
    • Work with Research Team and Individual Giving Team to refine selection of donors for personal attention and solicitation.
    • Develop and manage collaboration opportunities and requests across multiple teams within The Seminar Network and multiple organizations that The Seminar Network development team supports.
    • Create and implement innovative programs and projects to advance the Network’s priorities and build a sense of community.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required
    • 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment is required
    • Project management experience required; must be able to collaborate and work across multiple organizations
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
    • Past experience in development is preferred
    • A passion and commitment to free-market principles
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Demonstrated evidence of leadership ability or entrepreneurial behavior
    • Humility, integrity, passion, motivation, and a self-starter attitude
