    The Seminar Network seeks a Member Engagement Manager to engage high net worth philanthropists to advance The Seminar Network’s vision and priority initiatives, and to build a sense of community between like-minded peers and with the Network’s leadership.

    • Drive a member engagement program that supports the Seminar Network’s vision and strategies.
    • Design, build, and manage the system for understanding and prioritizing all member engagement opportunities and requests across multiple teams within The Seminar Network and multiple organizations that The Seminar Network development team supports.
    • Leverage events to build connections between our members, prospects, and Network leadership, including owning dinner seating strategy at events of between 40 and 600 people.
    • Create and implement innovative programs and projects to advance the Network’s priorities and build a sense of community.
    • Supervise members of the investor relations team.


    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required
    • 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment is required
    • Past experience in development is preferred
    • A passion and commitment to free-market principles
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Experience with SalesForce is preferred
    • Demonstrated evidence of leadership ability or entrepreneurial behavior
    • Humility, integrity, passion, motivation, and a self-starter attitude
