  • Overview

    The investor communications and marketing team is looking for a qualified candidate who can plan and manage the development of investor marketing materials. Final marketing materials will take various forms, including internal strategy memos, donor communications, market research reports, and communications with partner organizations, among others.

     

    Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that materials are delivered to clients on-time by crafting detailed project plans and managing the investor relations team’s relationships with clients and other teams both within The Seminar Network and in other organizations. This position will provide valuable project management, customer service, and communications experience. This position will also provide opportunities to build writing and other communications skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Help track the development of investor marketing materials to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner
    • Understanding and communicating client objectives to team members
    • Managing relationship with clients, outside teams, and partner organizations
    • Ensuring that products meet legal and quality standards

    Qualifications

    • Able to track large numbers of projects simultaneously
    • Very detail oriented
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work under tight deadlines
    • Self-starters who can adapt to changing circumstances quickly
    • Able to accept and utilize feedback
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Previous project management experience preferred, but not required
